As an owner of a high output contractors business, I understand sometimes things get lost in translation.
Sometimes contractors / customers may not recall exact details of the project. We believe in having a fine tuned contract that both parties read through and feel is complete.
As well, I utilize a digital organizer within my smart phone which allows "walk-throughs", "addendums to contract", changes, and other fine details to be recorded through telephone calls as well as in person discussions.
A high output contractor that does not secure the EXACT details within the customers needs, is only working from memory or guesswork.
We want to be sure what are customers needs are!
